BIO

Began his career at Vinos Santo Tomás in Valle de Guadalupe, working during the Vendimia festivals. Worked at Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City and the restaurants Manzanilla and Laja, both part of The World's Best Restaurants by San Pellegrino. Founded Culinaria Conceptos, creating gastronomic experiences and collaborating with major companies and wine tastings with La Castellana. Joined Grupo Contramar for the opening of Merotoro, managing internal communication, catering, and production of bread and pastries. Graduated from CESSA University and San Francisco Baking Institute, specializing in sourdough.

With over 20 years of experience in Mexico, the USA, and Europe, he specializes in pastry and baking. Currently resides in southern Germany, advising projects in Europe.
